Upper Cervical Spinal Care addresses the whole spine and is very gentle and non-invasive. It does not involve any popping, cracking or twisting and utilizes the top bone in the spine (C1/atlas) as a lever to align the spine, pelvis, hips, shoulders and skull. Upper Cervical Spinal Care is used to restore balance to the entire body and neurological system and allows for maximum potential in healing. Since the body is controlled by the nervous system, keeping the spine in proper alignment allows the nerves to function at the highest level, removing interference between the brain and the rest of the body.

Dr. Chrystal Lewis DC, RN

Dr. Chrystal Lewis brings over 20 years of experience in the alternative health care field as an upper cervical chiropractor and functional medicine nutrition practitioner. She is passionate about helping her patients and the community restore their lives through spinal alignment, functional lifestyle management, restorative movement and education.

Dr. Chrystal received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan Chiropractic College and her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Tulsa. She holds an RN license as well as a certification to administer injectable nutrients. She serves on the board of Innovations Family Wellness, INC and believes that providing support to individuals and their families impacts the local community and beyond.

Dr. Chrystal is a native of Tulsa, OK where she lives with her beautiful daughter. She loves hiking and running and enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones.
